At Lifetime Speech Therapy, we specialize in connecting school districts across Wisconsin with reliable, skilled speech therapists. As a speech therapist and locally owned company, we bring real school-based experience and a genuine commitment to supporting students across Wisconsin. Our goal is to help students access quality speech therapy while reducing the burden on districts to recruit and hire therapists.
We work closely with school staff to support each child academically, socially, and functionally. Budgeting is simple, too. We set weekly hourly caps at a set rate, with direct, indirect, and offered services all included.

What We Offer
Year-Round & Long-Term Solutions: We have speech therapists available to fill contracts for the full school year.
Short-Term Solutions: We have speech therapists available to fill maternity, FMLA, and other short-term leaves, year-round.
Part-Time & Full-Time: Our team is flexible to meet the needs of the school.
Additional Support
Paraprofessional Training: We offer professional development for paraprofessionals focused on supporting students who use AAC devices.
Team Support: We work closely with each child's IEP team to make sure communication skills carry over beyond therapy sessions. Through training and ongoing collaboration, we help generalize skills across real-life school environments for meaningful, lasting progress.

With over a decade of experience providing speech therapy to children of all ages in Wisconsin public schools, I opened Lifetime Speech Therapy to bridge the gap between quality therapy and the challenges of filling open positions.
At Lifetime Speech Therapy, we work with school districts to provide reliable, consistent, and evidence-based speech therapy, no matter where they are located! Every child deserves access to high-quality speech and language services.

If we have a speech therapist who might be a good fit, we will set up an interview with them at a mutually agreed-upon time.
If we need to recruit a speech therapist, we will work to find someone and update you each week on our progress until we obtain a candidate to interview.
STEP THREE
Once a therapist is placed, we will work together to ensure your needs are met.
